Positive: Great location, 5 min walk from the train station. People were super friendly. Bed was extremely comfortable and the room was spacious.
Negative: I think I drew the short straw with being the last one to arrive after 8pm. Room 11 was the attic room, no kettle on the first night, fridge wasn’t cold, couldn’t get the aircon to work, but granted after 3 trips down they did come and sort it. Breakfast was ok, but we weren’t allowed to sit in the nice sun room, only at the back.
Summary: If you’re looking for a cost effective way to travel, this is your place.

Positive: The staff is super kind and helpful. They seem like happy people in general, who enjoy running this hotel/restaurant. The breakfast was very Italian style, mostly bread, cakes and some cold cuts, but of good quality. The coffee and the juices were nice. The room is comfortable and the whole hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood, with a very nice view of the mountains. Their restaurant seems to be a popular one, and it's actually a Michelin star rewarded place.

Positive: The view was spectacular, staff was great, the food was not too diverse, but high-quality and tasty. The towels given were clean and qualitative.
Negative: The lighting in the room was not the best and switching it on and off was a struggle. The location is slightly far from the city center.
